Harvest Tender

The MCFC is seeking bids for a harvest tender on the Medway Community Forest license area. The tender is for 11 harvest blocks across the East and West Branch Medway areas, totalling approx. 260 hectares and a harvest volume of 10,500 tonnes of wood. It will be spread across two years, with harvesting and trucking required to be completed by May 15th, 2027. The deadline for submission of bids is May 16, 2025.

Please note that while the financial offer is an important consideration, MCFC will also assess proposals based on community alignment, equipment suitability, access to markets, and demonstrated commitment to ecological forestry.
